This is an initiative of the Queensland Government and the Department of Trade, Employment and Training.

This is an eight week program designed to support women - including skilled women in Townsville and surrounding regions - to look at new industry and career opportunities , assess their transferable skills and work on building new soft, technical, hard and interpersonal skills through TAFE Queensland micro credentialing to prepare to pivot.

This provides an opportunity for not only those looking to re enter the workforce and those working under capacity but those looking to harness new opportunities afforded by key projects and industries.
